Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

Your use of timehubpro.com (the "Site") is governed by the terms below. By continuing to use the Site you agree to them.

TimeHubPro is a work-hours calculator that totals the hours between clock-in and clock-out times, subtracts breaks and splits the result into regular and overtime. It subtracts each start from its matching end, deducts the break you enter, then compares the weekly total against the overtime threshold so the regular and overtime portions come out separated rather than lumped together. Everything below concerns that specific calculation and the values it involves, and nothing beyond it.

Everything the tool works with — your clock-in and clock-out times — is handled locally. It is usually reached for things like adding up hours from an irregular rota, and because nothing is transmitted a visitor can close the tab knowing no copy was made anywhere.

The service we provide

The Site provides a work-hours calculator and explanatory material, free of charge, for general information and education. Results are estimates derived from the inputs you supply using the method described on the page. Results are offered for general information and convenience, and anything that matters should be verified independently.

Not professional advice

Browsing or using timehubpro.com does not create a professional relationship, an advisory duty or any obligation on our part towards you.

How the Site is funded

Advertising, served by outside networks, funds the Site, and some pages reference external resources. We do not control that material and are not answerable for it, and no advert influences a result.

Changes and downtime

The Site comes as it is, with no uptime guarantee. Tools and pages may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time.

What we are not liable for

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for consequential or indirect damages, nor for choices made on the strength of an output here.

The law that governs these terms

The law that applies to these terms is that of the jurisdiction where the Site operator is established, ignoring conflict-of-law principles.

Verifying a result

These tools give a quick general answer. For anything with consequences, verify the result independently before you rely on it.

Errors and completeness

We take the method seriously and describe it openly, but we cannot promise every output is flawless or that the material stays current. Where a known margin of error applies, treat the figure as an estimate rather than a fact.

What you may and may not do

Use the Site freely for yourself or your work. What is not allowed: disrupting the service, scraping it hard enough to hurt performance for others, claiming it as your own, or any unlawful purpose.

Who owns what here

Unless credited otherwise, the Site's design, writing and code are ours or used under license. Linking to any page is welcome; copying large portions of the content needs our written consent.

How to reach us

Write to us via the contact page with any question about these terms, or email support@timehubpro.com.
